The Shins
Another new song from The Shins, who just so happen to be appearing at this year’s Coachella festival. September, possibly a prequel to the song October from Broken Bells‘ debut LP? This new song is so classically The Shins. This is the band everyone fell in love with with Caring Is Creepy and New Slang.
If you haven’t heard The Shins before, I don’t know where you’ve been since 2004. Somewhere cold, desolate, and lonely, I suppose. Somewhere like Croatia. I bet even they’ve heard of The Shins. If you haven’t, know that they were one of the most important bands of the early 2000′s, and gave way for indie music to be far more widely recognized and popular.
